This document presents the research project "Assessment of Logistics Collaboration among retail sector partners considering sustainable criteria" to be conducted by the proponent, Professor of the Undergraduate and Master s Program in Production Engineering at Federal University of Sao Carlos - Campus Sorocaba. This subject has been researched by the proponent since his doctorate degree. The motivation for this project is due to the contribution that the study of logistics collaboration may generate greater competitiveness for companies in supply chains. The questions of this research are: which are the mechanisms that facilitate logistics collaboration and which are the barriers in this proccess?
