Abstract
Skull anthropologic study with the aim of sex estimation among human beings is very important to Forensic Medicine and Forensic Odontology areas. Sexual dimorphism can be established using two methods: morphologic and metric. Nowadys, the morphologic or qualitative method had been used in many investigations, but it has disadvantages because of its subjectivity. On the other hand, there´s a lack of scientific papers that include quantifying these measures. One of the qualitative usual methods in the frontal bone inclination, being a very important measure to estimate sex. This investigation has as objective to compare four quantitative methods (skull stabilizer, radiographic, profile measure and 3D computerized tomography) that will allow to obtain the angular inclination of the frontal bone, improving the precision of the sexual dimorfism measures.
