Abstract

In order to complete the telephony infrastructure, the Institute needs to deploy an Automatic Response Unit, to enable the phone answering PBX trunk, quickly and efficiently, facilitating the contact of the external public, the various areas of the Institute, including research, teaching (Graduate) and visitation (Botanical Garden of São Paulo). So this application plan aims to implement the IVR system that allows automatic answer. The project includes in its totality, the acquisition of software and workmanship for installation, programming, recording and editing messages in the studio, testing and training. (AU)
