Abstract

Considering the need of ongoing projects and the approved projects in 2013, among which the thematic project "Molecular basis of meat quality in Nellore cattle", it is our intention to use  the resource of "Institutional Technique Reserve" for the acquisition of various small equipment to compliment the infrastructure of laboratories and experimental fields. It should be pointed out that was prioritized the acquisition of materials that will serve more than one project (multipurpose), in the multi-user laboratories and fields belonging to Embrapa Southeast Livestock. We emphasize that the our research laboratories currently undergo a major expansion and modernization of its physical structure and the acquisition of equipment requested will complement the infrastructure, benefiting the progress of research.
