Abstract

This project refers to the use of the technical reserve for Institutional Infrastructure Costs of Research -2017 to ICMC / USP, in order to support researchers and post-graduate students associated to the thirty-two research groups in the fields of Mathematics, Statistics, Computing.The proposal approved by the ICMC council aims to contribute to the enhancement of space infrastructure in the Research space of ICMC-3 Building, to ensure the correct preservation of research support equipment and adequate working conditions for researchers.The space of research in the ICMC-3 Building will accommodate 400 researchers and computer equipment at approximately 762 square meters. The infrastructure for operating activities provides stable and high-performance logic and electrical networks and security systems compatible with the installed assets. In this sense, RTI FAPESP will compose with the ICMC the costing of the air conditioning system, essential for the operation of the equipment and for the researchers. (AU)
