Abstract

Recently we proposed a new NMR technique named continuous wave free precession (CWFP) to improve the signal to noise ratio in low resolution measurements. As CWFP is independent of T1, this allows the average of thousand of spectra per second enhancing more than ten times de signal to noise ratio, when compared to conventional techniques such as FID and spin echo. We also showed that CWFP-NMR can be used for on-line quantitative analyses with potential, for example, to analyze more than 20,000 samples per hour. The objective of this project is to study influence of CWFP-NMR spectral parameters in the on-line quantitative analyses.
