Abstract

This project is related to administrative procedures in the field of antitrust Law. In fact, it aims at researching the movement of "consensualization" in administrative law taking as its basis mechanisms of consensualization that are used in antitrust law. Examples of such mechanisms are the leniency agreement, the agreements for performance and for the interruption of illegal antitrust practices foreseen by the Brazilian Law. In complement to this research, some legal studies about German and European Law will be carried out at the Library of the Max Planck Institut for antitrust Law in Munich, Germany. (AU)
