Abstract

The conversion of biomass to fermentable sugar depends on the technologies as pre-treatment of lignocelulosic materials and enzyme hydrolysis. The present project aims the fibrolytic enzymes by Trichoderma strains for application for sugar cane bagasse saccharification. The pre-treatment of bagasse will be done by microwave radiation in acid and basic pH in presence of glycerol. The hydrolyzed obtained will be characterized.
