Abstract

Objective: this study aims to verify the effectiveness of welfare programs associated with vocal theater games for educators teaching children. Methodology: This will include 350 teachers of both sexes, participants in the project "Theatre Goes to School" Theatre Company of Santa Sia Campinas. This project consists of two hours of voice workshops, a two-hour workshop and two hours of Theatre Storytelling Workshop, and a theatrical presentation for students at public schools of children of gestational age. During the two hours of speech-language intervention, teachers respond to a questionnaire on information pre and post-vocal Wellness Program Vocal. After six months after the end of the program in November 2011 again respond to the questionnaire in order to verify the effectiveness of the program in the long term. There will exclude individuals who undertake speech therapy. The research will be developed by the City Schools Superintendent Sumaré as the acquiescence of Pedagogical and Administrative affairs of the Directors of the Company Theatre Sia Santa. (AU)
