Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate clinically the effect of desensitizers agents, Colgate Sensitive Pro-alivio® dentifrice (D1); desensitizing paste Colgate Sensitive Pro-alivio® (D2); during dental bleaching treatment with carbamide peroxide 16% (T1) and hydrogen peroxide 35% (T2). Volunteers (n=10 per group) will be evaluated regarding dentin hypersensitivity (DH), using a visual analog scale, before the beginning of the treatments (T1 and T2) and during the next 14 days (3º, 7º, 10 º e 14º days) in which the desensitizers agents will be applied. Data will be analyzed intra and inter-group, statistically.(AU)
