Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate clinically the effect of desensitizers agents, Colgate Sensitive Pro-alivio® dentifrice (D1); desensitizing paste Colgate Sensitive Pro-alivio® (D2); during dental bleaching treatment with carbamide peroxide 16% (T1) and hydrogen peroxide 35% (T2). Volunteers (n=10 per group) will be evaluated regarding dentin hypersensitivity (DH), using visual analogue scale, before the beginning of the treatments (T1 and T2) and during the next 14 days (3º, 7º, 10 º e 14º days) in which the desensitizers agents will be applied. Data will be analyzed intra and inter-group, statistically.
