Abstract

This work has the main objective of gathering useful tools to translating vocal works. The choice of the melopoetic current as a guideline provides the translator with a musical understanding of the text, providing for a wider view of the work. The research proposal is to defend intercommunication between linguistic and musical analysis in the translations of vocal works, particularly with poetic texts. (AU)
