Abstract

Currently, because of the normative legal, discussions about diversity and accessibility for people with disabilities have become a prominent target in the employment context. However, much remains to be done so that this environment is in fact inclusive as it should be structured to accommodate the disabled worker. For this are necessary changes in the physical, functional, and attitudinal and / or behavior of enterprises. Recent surveys show that the concepts of managers about disabilities are a very important contributing factor to the management styles adopted in the context of work. Therefore this research project aims to identify concepts and social attitudes of managers of a public university and critically reflect employability and working conditions of disabled people. For instruments that will be applied to assess the views of managers and social attitudes towards disability and social inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace and also interventive actions will be conducted by means of an offering awareness course, which aimed at improving inclusive practice in this context.
