Abstract Due to the complexity and difficulties in educating health professionals on the subject of violence, particularly the violence against children, the general objective of this study is to build and assess an e-learning tool to qualify professionals on the subject of violence against children and the specific objectives are to build a theoretical reference about vulnerability to violence made of conceptual milestones, legal rules and way to facing the violence against children; to build and validate a pedagogic model for an e-learning tool to qualify professionals and, to assess the e-learning tool. Social research guidelines and the research-action modality will be used based on the Praxis Intervention Theory in Collective Health Nursing - TIPESC. The analytical categories will be: health needs, vulnerability to domestic violence and resiliense. In the methodology pathway, the purpose is to build a theoretical reference about the vulnerability to violence and resilience, the foundation of the e- learning tool. In different stages of the research, experts on the subject, students and health professionals of the Primary Care service will participate. With this tool, professionals will be able to discuss the subject of violence with scientific knowledge and expand and direct their professional practice to recognize and establish ways to face violence, according to the area, place and scope of their professional action.
