Abstract This project aims to develop a new methodology to detect canine distemper virus using surface plasmon resonance. The canine distemper virus known as CDV (Canine distemper virus) affects the order of carnivorous animals and is considered a canine disease harder to diagnose. The CDV can be transmitted through direct contact between infected animals and through aerosol particles spread in the air, causing the onset of clinical symptoms. Objective of this project is to develop a new methodology for the rapid diagnosis of canine distemper in real samples of urine of dogs. | |
