Abstract

The inquiry covers the initial teacher training, focusing on Supervised Internship developed in the Pedagogy undergraduate course of Unesp/Rio Claro. This research is based on two studies conducted by the authors in undergraduate research and masters. This latter aimed to among other things, verify the commitment of the school and the mentors in the internship process. The results included the pointing of student teacher the need for feedback and monitoring. Thus it was suggested that this internship monitoring was called "Interventoria" and university professor who came, was called "Interagente". The current study proposes to continue this research, taking as general aim understand the Interventoria process as a supervisory / mentoring that included other professional practice elements. The specific objectives are:a) to present a framework of the aspects that comprise the supervision / mentoring process and the elements that comprise the Interventoria; b)to elaborate development strategies of Interventoria with participants; C) to identify the Interventoria contribution in professional identity constitution process in and to school; d) to analyze the impact and the improvements that the Interventoria can offer to internship and teacher constitution development. The inquiry is a qualitative research, with constructive-collaborative perspective. The techniques are: participant observation, focus group; documentary source, and maybe individual or group interviews. The data analysis will be performed from the content analysis. The participants will be: mentors, student teachers; four schools; school management team; Interagente teacher and; the internship responsible of Municipal Department of Education.
