Abstract

EFNOB BAURU, KM 0: ARCHITECTURE SCHOOL "VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER ENGINEER AURÉLIO IBIAPINA"ABSTRACTThis research is part of a research project entitled "EFNOB Bauru, Km 0: Architecture School", which in turn is part of the larger project, called" EFNOB / Bauru, Km 0 ", Notice FAPESP / CONDEPHAAT No. 9/2011, Case No. 11/51014-6 and No. 12/50041-2 CONDEPHAAT process. The research aims to: identify, identify, select, locate, document, analyze and propose guidelines for the protection of architectural heritage school: "Vocational Training Center Engineer Aurelio Ibiapina" EFNOB at Bauru. Methodology: a) documentary research, inventory, identify and document (historical metric, iconographic, constructive system, finishes, details) from the primary sources of school EFNOB architectural heritage; b) work "in loco" which consists of inventory, identify, document (metrology, photographic, constructive system, finishes and state of conservation of materials) and find the current buildings of architectural heritage school; c) redesign of the AutoCAD designs that correspond to the initial construction of buildings and projects of the current school architecture containing the interventions (expansions, renovations or restoration); d) analysis of the state of conservation of buildings and materials or conditions; e) proposals for the guidelines to safeguard the architectural heritage of the school of "Vocational Training Center Engineer Aurelio Ibiapina" of EFNOB. Results: With historical documentation, metrics, iconographic, finishing and conservation status of the materials of the former school building EFNOB in Bauru, aims to: I) assist the process of overturning the heritage of EFNOB, both by the state, CONDEPHAAT (tipping process already open), as the national IPHAN; II) provide conceptual and documentary proposals for studies and projects for restoration and rehabilitation of buildings EFNOB; III) contribute to studies on the architecture school of the Railway Companies; IV) the protection of conservation areas with the Master Plan of the city of Bauru; V) proposed guidelines for the preservation of architectural heritage railway school.Keywords: Architecture School.
