Abstract

The advances in the disgnostic process and the technological and clinical development in the treatment of diverse illnesses have contributed for the increase of supervened of children and the adolescents with chronic illnesses, therefore they increase the precocious identification of the signals and symptoms. However, exactly with a great therapeutical variety, the chronic illnesses cause physical, emotional and social damages, some irreversible times, demanding well-taken care of constants and diverse adaptations. The adolescence is considered a phase of gradual transistion between infancy and the adult state, that if characterizes for deep somatic transformations, psychological and social. The adolescents with chronic renal insufficience (IRC) present only challenges to the rendering of cares and for the system of health as a whole. The impact of the IRC in the daily life of the adolescents and the perception of these of itself exactly as people in development, in makes them to reflect on the cares of health offered in order to include the perspective of the same ones. In such a way, ouviz them on its perspectives of world it is essential for a care that values the other as subject of its history. One is about a qualitative study, based on the Fenomenologia, whose interview will be guided by the norteadora question: "as it is to be adolescent with chronic renal insufficience. The research will be carried through in the Service of Pediátrica Nursing of the Hospital of Clinics of the Unicamp and the citizens adolescent will be hospitalized with chronic insufficience renal that are made use to tell its experiences, by means of open interview. The speeches will be recorded in ribbon cassette and, later, transcripts in the complete one. One expects that through the understanding of the difficulties displayed for the adolescents, in this study, the nursing team obtains to work in differentiated way, improving the attendance given to these adolescents.
