The study of logistics network aims to evaluate how best to dispose the facilities in this network, ensure a smooth flow of products and optimize the resources involved. However, in the case of reverse logistics post - consumer, this is not a low-complexity task, since there are many variables involved and a high degree of uncertainty, since this chain is known to be many - to - few, where direction of flow of products takes many customers for a few suppliers. Faced with this problem and the rapid growth of globalization, the management of supply chains proves indispensable. Thus, this study aims to analyze quantitatively the Network Configuration of Reverse Logistics Paper Post - Consumption, by collecting data and formulating mathematical models of Operations Research available in the literature, and as a final goal, model validation, comparison and analysis of the results generated by the resolution of the model developed with the current scenario of the studied network.(AU)
