Abstract

The scholar inclusion is an important subject in the present education, being necessary the comprehension of this trial to the success of the inclusion. In the academic literature, there is no consensus about this theme, a factor that reflects in the politics and institutional actions that penetrated the scholar inclusion. In this way, is fundamental to seek to understand the social indicators, here portrayed by the scholar census, show the evolution of the inclusive trial of people with Special Educational Needs (NEE) and the services received by them. The analysis of the bank of the school census, disposed of by the Inep, also is of big importance, therefore are these indicators substantiate the politics and the educational financing. Facing these considerations this study has the objective to analyze the education of students with special educational needs (NEE) in the Northeast, northern regions, and Center-West of Brazil, in what refers to the indicator of the School Census (2009 to 2011) of services offered in complementary or substituting spaces to the regular classroom. Treats-itself of quantitative and exploratory research, on the basis of the analyses of the statistical facts, disposed by the Census Ministry of Education and Culture of the years of 2009 to 2011. For the analysis will be utilized the statistical software Statistical Package will go the Social Sciences (SPSS) that enables the crossing of the necessary variables for the comprehension of the objective of the study.
