Abstract

In actuality, the educational systems at both national and international assume as principle become more inclusive. In this sense, the Policy of Special Education in the Perspective of Inclusive Education in Brazil from 2008 defines that their target population is formed by students with disabilities, pervasive developmental disorders and high skills/giftedness (AH/S). Several studies indicate that the students belonging to the latter group AH/S, has not been identified and so little answered. In June 2013, the National Observatory of Special Education - ONEESP held its Third Meeting, whose objective was to evaluate the implementation of halls of multifunctional Resources of the entire Brazilian territory and the data showed that, in most states, this population was pointed out as included in specialized educational service- ESA. In 2003, in Bauru, a survey was conducted students with AH / S between schools from the first cycle, elementary school, which identified ignorance on the part of teachers about these students, and the absence of this population in the school census. Upon completion of the study, from a list of students identified with characteristics of giftedness, observed that 41% of teachers considered to have talented students, in their classrooms. This study was repeated in 2012. However, the municipal network, again no student was pointed out in the Municipal system with gifted and the data from the Questionnaire for the Identification of Talents of GUENTHER (s/d) identified 168 students with signs of appropriation in any area. Of these, through a partnership with the clinical Psychology from UNESP, eight were confirmed with giftedness and are, in 2013, participating in a program of curriculum enrichment. Researchers have revealed that identification should be the first step to be adopted by educational systems. In this perspective, it is notable that the teachers have two major challenges: identify your students with AH/S and develop and ensure adequate pedagogical proposal needs the same. In This way, giving continuity to the studies, This work of Scientific Initiation has as objective to investigate what are the students with indicators of AH/S In the Network State of São Paulo - Board of Education of Bauru the elementary school- Cycle I and II. For the collection will be used a connector for the identification and characterization of teachers, a standardized form with indicative of giftedness and a questionnaire for the survey of conceptions of teachers about the issue. For the treatment of data will be employed the Program SPSS Statistics, the Student's t test (p< 0.05) and the proof of Kruskal-Wallis and Dunn (p< 0.05). This study will subsidise the complete evaluation of talented students, potential students with AH/S of public schools do not get noticed until the moment. Another study will seek confirmation or not of such students as having AH/S, as well as of an intervention project com vistas ao atendimento educacional especializado of which this population is entitled.
