As a result of scientific and technological advances of the past decade, AIDS is now considered as a chronic disease. This project aims to contribute to the advancement of knowledge about the sociodemographic, clinical, epidemiological, and adherence to antiretroviral therapy for people living with HIV / AIDS and possible improvement actions / interventions in the comprehensive health care of these individuals.
