Recently studies of quantum correlations is growing sharply. In this post-doctoral we intend to study relations between different measures of entanglement and quantum correlations. We intend to develop new monogamous relationships to connect the measures of entanglement given by the concurrence and tangle with new measurements of quantum correlations. Furthermore, we intend to develop a detailed study for understanding the dissipative processes of a N levels system (qudit) with the environment. We will consider various measures of correlation as the entanglement of formation, entanglement distillation, discord and classical correlation. We believe that a better understanding of these dissipative process could result in better control and "imprisonment" of quantum correlations in the system in question.
