The PIBID six years ago has been a major public educational policy of encouraging initial training of undergraduate students, ensuring their permanence at graduation, in search of better professional and positive interventions in schools that are low rates of IDEB. Currently the program has the presence of all undergraduate programs, which produce subprojects to build dialogically between university and school a practice for the construction of the reflective teacher profile. Through the choice of case study ethnographic (André , 2008) , the methodological procedures intended , which has observation / record of observations following an exploratory phase with the rapprochement between the researcher and the study subjects and a phase of data collection , document analysis and interviews . The master's project aims in view of qualitative research reflect, analyze and describe how PIBID of Geography at Unicamp , discusses the initial training of its scholarship students in order to drive the construction of reflexive researcher and teacher identity.
