Abstract

Using technique layer by layer (LbL) will be manufactured nanostructured films consisting of trilayer formed montmorillonite clay (polyanion), PEI (polyethyleneimine) (polycation) and sulfonated metal phthalocyanine (polyanion). The films are deposited on solid substrates (quartz, silicon and ITO), via physical adsorption by electrostatic attraction. The nanocomposite material is characterized by spectroscopic techniques such as UV-Vis and FTIR; electrochemical (cyclic voltammetry, square wave voltammetry). In this project we aim at the application of these films in sensors of dopamine and its intervening determining the analytical parameters such as sensitivity and detection limit. The best conditions for the production of films (architecture, number of bilayers, analytic concentration, temperature, etc.) will be investigated in order to obtain the best sensor.
