Abstract

The care for family in mental health services is an important aspect of biopsychosocial care. It is also an important aspect of attention for the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform to be carried out properly. Nevertheless, working with families is still a challenge in the everyday practices of healthcare services. To address this need, the literature points out to Permanent Education in Health as a resource with mental health professionals for the development of the care for families. Thus, this project aims to understand which conversational processes contribute to the development of the logic of Permanent Education in Health, and to the training of professionals to work with families in mental healthcare services. To this end, it is proposed the carrying out of a group formative process, organized within the logic of EPS, with mental healthcare professionals of public services in Ribeirão Preto. This process will be analyzed considering how certain ways of talking are related to the content of the conversations, and generate effects both to the immediate context, and to the training itself. Possible effects to the healthcare practices with families will also be analyzed. (AU)
