This research belongs to the second thinking of Walter Benjamin philosophy, when the author develops a theory about the materialist esthetics with a deep relation between art and political themes. In this moment we have a propose, in the first way, about the benjamin' concepts of politicization of the art and political aestheticization, currently in the research the work of art in the age of mechanical reproduction, in 1926 (second version), when the author shows the missing of the "aura" because we have the technical reproduction. The analysis of this concepts are made through the exposition of the characteristics of the art "after-aura", with emphasis in the cinema, with the artist and cultural transition and your consequences transformations. Now, the central point in this currently work: with the technical reproduction, the art emancipation - specifically in cinema devices - could be a point about the people emancipation? For a while, we are going to see some Charles Chaplin movie scenes, like "The Gold Rush” or "Modern Times", with highlight for some characteristics of the "after-aura" how: reception and shock, editing and "mimeses" like game.
