Abstract

The word is necessary to the subjects in a plance when the body is only seeing as a organ set. We highlight the importance of the intercessor worker in the unit of urgency and emergency of a first-aid post, to the realization of the proposals of another kind of attendance of the cases that came there. The intention is the interrogantions of the intercessor worker about his position in the action and in the possibles transformations in the time of intercession-research could be reflected in such a way to produce a know (second), different of which the only alredy exist in the activity of daily routine. This second know constitute the effects of the research work and could be helpful to the training of anothers intercessor workers in the health, in the first-aid post as a instutional hospital establishment. The work of intercession consist in the listening ofer at moment of crisis aiming go to beyond of the disease in relation to the immediate complaint of the subjects. The crux of the listening in the clinic of urgency came in his ethic the oppening to the possibility to a production of a new sense (point of upholster), that allow to the subject of suffering (who suffers)situated at the head of the anguish situation. In the scop of hospital, the clinic urgency is define like a immediately answer to be gave in front of the happening that motivate the irruption of a subject in a Institution, like: situations of suicide attempt; several accident; cardiovascular problems; respiratory; inanition; and others. This is a action totally support by the languageconceived by the psychoanalysis, regardful by it the most effective to complex handling of the time and the sense in the dissipation of the atrocious anguish. We define, therefore, the Intercessor Dispositive as a methodologic perspective, theoretical-technical and ethical-politic, of work together to the subjects in psycho suffer, and, at the same time, like a variant in the production of a know derived of a praxis.
