Abstract

The association between language and learning disorders and Auditory Processing (AP) is frequent. Based on the literature that describes changes of auditory processing in children with Specific Language Impairment (SLI) and children with phonological disorder, seeks to detect a different performance on AP tests for each group profile. Thus, this research aims to compare the performance of children with SLI, Phonological Disorder (PD) and control group in auditory processing tests. It is expected that the SLI and PD groups exhibit significantly worse performance when compared to the control group, but significant differences between them.
