Abstract

In the text below we tried to present arguments for clarifying the relevance of the internship on the University of Massachusetts Medical School for the research project that is already in progress. An "Introduction" (pages 3-5) will provide a broad summary of the theoretical and empirical foundations of the Ph.D. project. The second topic, "Developments of the Ph.D research" (pages 5-6), is an overview of the experimental advances that have being accomplished. The reasons in favor of the internship are summarized on the topic "The aim and justifications for the intership" (pages 6-7). And finally, the activities in which the candidate intends to be engaged during his internship are listed and carefully commentated on the topic "Work Plan" (pages 7-8). (AU)
