Abstract

The main reason of this research is to analyse the structure and functioning of bureaucratic careers inside economics development, science, technology and innovation offices in the states of São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul. It also seeks to discover who are the typical career employees in the field and of great relevance with the main subject of the thematic project whereupon this research inserted. (AU)
