Abstract

The aim of this project is to perform the drug immobilization over the surface of the Ti-15Mo alloy after TiO2 nanotubes growth associated with polymeric coatings, in order to control the drugs release. The nanotubes will be obtained by anodic oxidation, the polymeric coating will be made by chemical and physical techniques. The biological response to the treatment will be studied by in vitro essays. (AU)
