Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand on which theoretical and conceptual aspects of the Brazilian school management has developed historically, to later contemplate the main objective, which includes the analysis of the theoretical literature on democratic school management, between the years 2005 to 2014. This proposal It is part of a project integrated which has as main objective to analyze the (re) configuration of the educational / School Administration area in Brazil after the critical period of the 1980s, comparing the theoretical development and practical developments in the management of systems and school units . To support this research will be conducted the survey, mapping and analysis of material published between the years 2005 and 2014 in the field of school management in qualified journals from A1 and B1 if the subject is democratic management. The purpose of this elaborate research project is the possibility of obtaining a theoretical-conceptual deepening of the area, through the framework of metasearch, which offers important elements for a wide and qualified analysis of productions made in the period.
