Abstract

What is the planning of Public Administration when defining the sites for building houses of social interest? Either is it Government who state the sites or are they subjected to market disposal? Is there any State planning to promote public equipment around the new houses? Do the acquisition and expropriation of urban land take into account the necessity of using such land not only to build houses, but also health centres, schools, bus stations, parks etc?
