Abstract

One of the most important parameters in plants root exposure experiments to nanomaterials is the dispersion of the nanoparticles. The monitoring of this factor has been overlooked by most of the studies published so far. This project aims to develop a hydroponic system that prevents agglomeration of nanoparticles and allows the homogenization and control of nutrient solution quality. It is also planned to correlate morphological parameters of plant development with the absorption of macro and micronutrients monitored from the nutrient solution. (AU)
