Abstract

The aim of this research is analyse discourses of sexuality in two levels of kardecist spiritism: the institutional discourse built, mainly at ambit of Spiritist Medical Association of Minas Gerais (AME-MG), and the way by which members of spiritist centers in the paulistas cities of Bauru and São Carlos deal with the question of sexuality. As of the hypothesis whereof mostly of spiritists aren't (at least, not yet) tolerant people of LGBT (lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgenders) community, this research have as core the approach of the contrast of tolerant discourse in the institutional level and the limited degree of real acceptation of this sexualities in paulista inboard context.
