Abstract

Data acquisition with sensors and biosensors based on impedance spectroscopy has been performed extensively at the Polymer Group Bernhard Gross of the São Carlos Institute of Physics. This technique currently requires a system with limited portability, which makes it difficult for a point-of-care use. This Project is aimed at optimizing the control system of a miniaturized system for measuring impedance spectroscopy, using a microcontroller to manage operation of the system, integrating it to the multiplexer and to sensors of an electronic tongue. The goal is to integrate the device with the other aforementioned components being developed at the Polymer Group. (AU)
