Abstract

The objective of this research project is to analyze the production of the text of two Municipal Plans of Education (from the capital and one from the interior), to understand which conceptions were discussed during this elaboration and which prevailed. This proposal is part of a larger project that aims to analyze the (re) configuration of the area of Educational Administration / school in Brazil, after a critical period of the 1980s. This project will contribute to the field of democratic management since it aims to Analysis of the conceptions that the municipalities have about the theme. The proposal is to analyze beyond what has already been established in Law. It is intended to understand starting from a contextual perspective of the moment in which these Plans were elaborated, thus allowing a new look to the field of research on Educational Policies and Democratic Management. In order to reach the objective, we will make semi-structured interviews with different members of the process of elaboration of the Plans and we will analyze from the authors Laclau and Moufffe (2005), whose conception of democracy is radical and plural (AU)
