Abstract

This research project aims to analyze which senses were built on democratic management by different members of two public schools of the state of São Paulo in 2016 against the government policy of school reorganization. The proposal is the development of a scientific initiation research whose objective was to investigate the meanings built on democratic management by different members of public schools belonging to the São Paulo state network. The master's research is based on some of the findings that justified its achievement, among which two deserve to be highlighted: few researches are developed with a focus on all members of the school, since they prioritize teachers and managers; there is a predominance of prescriptive research to the school reality. After all, what are the meanings constructed on democratic management by different members of the state school of São Paulo, occupied in 2016 against school reorganization? The analysis material will be semi-structured interviews with two members of each segment of two public schools of the São Paulo State - two managers, two teachers, two managers, two employees, two students. For the analysis of the collected material we will use the theoretical-methodological reference of Laclau and Mouffe (2015), the Discourse Theory, thus deepening and expanding what was developed in the scientific initiation.
