Abstract

Chiral sulphoxides are ligands underexplored in the literature, despite the great potential for asymmetric catalytic reactions. In this project, it is proposed the synthesis of chiral sulfoxides with C2 symmetry and its application in the synthesis of chiral bimetallic complexes. In addition, the synthesized complexes will be evaluated as catalysts for enantioselective transformations. (AU)
