Abstract

Inside the main JP project in which the objective is to combine molecular imprinted polymers (MIPs) with gas diffusion microextraction (GDME), it is intended to develop several methodologies with subsequent separation by capillary electrophoresis (CE). As a proof of concept, 4-hydrazinobenzoic acid (HBA) will be used as the derivatizing agent to determine aldehydes in food samples (beer, wine and distillates). (AU)
