Abstract

It aims to know and systematize experiences ofreception and psychosocial assistance of students benefited by affirmative action programs ininstitutions of higher education. The plan of activities of the PD grant includes: support theactivities of data collection and analysis and dissemination of results of the larger project; bibliographic survey and synthesis of the literature on affirmative actions, policies of studentstay, reception and psychosocial assistance of students of higher education; a probationaryperiod at the University of Texas at the Counseling and Mental Health Center; ministration of postgraduate discipline at the Institute of Psychology of USP addressing the theme of the project.
