Abstract

This research project proposes the design of switched controllers in order to track an output voltage value in single-phase LC PWM inverters with resistive load subject to external disturbances. These inverters are widely used in several applications, including: photovoltaic generation systems, nobreaks, frequency inverters, electric machine drives, among others. State space representation is used to study stability and tracking and rejection of external disturbances. Asymptotic stability is projected using Lyapunov's theory. The tracking methodology considers the integral of the error between the variable to be tracked and the reference value. For the disorder rejection technique, the aim is to minimize the H standard. All formulations are described by LMIs (Linear Matrices Inequalities). The resolution of the LMIs and simulations are carried out in a Matlab/Simulink environment. Comparisons between the technique proposed in this work and methodologies present in the literature will be performed in order to compare the effectiveness of the proposed controller project.
