Abstract

To evaluate the effects of sleep fractionation (FS), cytokine production and the profile of miRNAs involved in Th1 and Th2 responses in mice (C57BL / 6) infected by L. amazonensis, mainly miRNA-294, miRNA-721, miRNA -let7e, miRNA-30e and miRNA-302e and their roles in arginine metabolism.
