Abstract

The objective of this scientific initiation is to understand the vulnerabilities that permeate the lives of young people in high school, based on the participation of the scholarship student in the implementation of research activities, focusing on the analysis of the territorial geographic space of young people as a means and conditioning of their life. Social. This research will be carried out from a socio-spatial, sociodemographic, intersectional and human rights perspective. The fellow will be part of the mini-team responsible for daily monitoring, data collection and interpretation of the longitudinal study at the Sorocaba-SP site. In its activities, it will monitor (1) the implementation of research activities on the Sorocaba-SP site; (2) the process of training in methodology and research ethics for school students, including IC-EM volunteers; (3) the analysis and dissemination of the results of the consolidated preliminary study, including, specifically, (4) the socio-spatial and sociodemographic analysis of the data on territories produced by this study, in their possible relationships with data on health vulnerabilities of the young participants.
