Abstract

With the Covid-19 pandemic, the social inequalities that already existed in Brazil were aggravated, including the one between the countryside and the city, which intensified the difficulties faced by the population in the rural environment and the negation of their rights, like access to education. Because, with the closure of schools, teaching became remote, excluding even more landless children, and compromising their learning. Therefore, this work aims at analyzing the scholarly situation of children in an MST camp, situated in Valinhos, during the pandemic. In order to do so, we will interview families and other participants in the movement. Besides that, we will gather information on children from the camp and documents on the education management in Valinhos during this period.(AU)
