Abstract

O principal resultado esperado deste projeto de pesquisa é o desenvolvimento de uma plataforma conjunta de vigilância para detecção e monitoramento de alelos de resistência a fungicidas visando promover um programa inteligente para o monitoramento da brusone do trigo (causado pela fungo fitopatogênico Pyricularia oryzae linhagem Triticum = PoTl) em São Paulo e no Paraná. Será desenvolvida plataforma de detecção de alelos específicos por PCR quantitativo (qPCR) em tempo real com base na detecção de SNP e / ou em amplificação isotérmica mediada por loop (LAMP). Dados de monitoramento dos níveis de inóculo do patógeno no ar e a disseminação de alelos dos genes cytB, sdhB, C e D e CYP51A e B associados com resistência aos grupos de fungicidas QoI-estrobirulinas, SDHI-inibidores da succinato desidrogenas e DMI-triazóis) podem melhorar a tomada de decisão quanto ao momento e escolha do fungicida químico, alertando se novos alelos associados com resistentência a fungicidas estão emergindo e sendo dispersos pelo agroecossistema.
