Abstract

This project aims to develop proteomics protocols applied to different types of samples, such as cell lysates, plasma, and biological tissues, using previously studied and optimized methodologies, and the use of this knowledge to evaluate the effect of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) in macrophages activated with bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS).
