Abstract

Due to the technological gain in recent years, there has been a great advance in biotechnology and with consequences in regenerative medicine by composing biomaterials for grafting injured tissues, as well as for covering metal alloys for biomedical applications looking for become better biological performance of the organic tissue through biological responses. Despite there is advanced knowledge regarding bone regeneration, still remains a lack to be solved in order to fill it. Thus, the purpose of this study is applying modern tools such as additive manufacturing looking for bioprinting active biomaterials by assembling cells, mineralizing vesicles and scaffolds, and looking forward to biomimetic mechanism triggered during the bone development in vertebrates. To do so, the purified microvesicles will be tested in vitro and further in vivo models. (AU)
