Abstract

This proposal aims to disseminate scientific research arising from studies by the Center for Studies on Urbanization for Knowledge and Innovation at Unicamp, seeking to disseminate best practices in ecologically responsible urban planning. With the sustainability agenda increasingly central to the movements that govern the planet's economic and social demands, the Center's case studies provide an opportunity to popularize themes related to sustainable urbanism, to bring science closer to the local community, in addition to strengthening and disseminating concepts that are increasingly vital to human daily life.
